The 200 hr TTC is Ashtanga-vinyasa and Hatha.

Yes, all bodies are not created equal so you are not expected to be able to do all the postures. Modifications are given/taught for all levels of asanas.

The course is taught entirely in English so it depends on your level and confidence with the language.
The teachers do take non-native speakers into consideration and adapt as much as possible to make sure that the material being taught is understood by everyone.
The teachers are also readily available to assist students and provide extra help and guidance where necessary.
Maximum of 20 students per batch.
Unless you have a serious illness or medical emergency, you are expected not to miss any classes.
If you do, you will be given make up assignments which will be determined by the teacher(s).
Full attendance and participation in all the classes.
If you cannot pass the exam you may receive a certificate of attendance and return at a later date to complete the course.
The teacher training certificates are awarded to students on the basis of their performance and attendance throughout the training,
as well as completion of practical and final exam.
If you do not meet these standards then you will be awarded a certificate of attendance instead of completion.

There will be asana classes every morning and afternoon (except Saturday afternoons and Sundays), as well as student teaching.

October to March - Pleasant and warm ; The temperature ranges from 22°C to 32°C
March to May - Hot and humid with the average temperature ranging from a low of 25 degrees to an average high of 35 degrees Celsius
June to September - Monsoon season in Varkala. The rains bring newness and rejuvenating greenery to the place.
